  Hours available - 33 & 22 per week

  Hourly rate - £13.45 per hour

  Contract Type: Permanent

  Shift Pattern: Days

• Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing.

  • Support residents with personal care and daily living activities, including washing, dressing, mobility, nutrition, hydration and continence care.

  • Follow individual care plans, risk assessments and agreed support outcomes to ensure safe and effective care.

  • Observe and report changes in residents' wellbeing, escalating concerns appropriately to senior team members or nurses.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records, daily notes and documentation.

  • Promote safeguarding and Adult Support and Protection responsibilities by recognising and reporting concerns in line with company procedures.

  • Follow infection prevention and control, health and safety, and moving and handling procedures at all times.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, visiting professionals and loved ones to provide the highest standard of care and support.

  • Encourage residents to participate in meaningful activities and maintain connections that support their wellbeing and quality of life.

  • Contribute to a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and team members.
