Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing.
Support residents with personal care and daily living activities, including washing, dressing, mobility, nutrition, hydration and continence care.
Follow individual care plans, risk assessments and agreed support outcomes to ensure safe and effective care.
Observe and report changes in residents' wellbeing, escalating concerns appropriately to senior team members or nurses.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records, daily notes and documentation.
Promote safeguarding and Adult Support and Protection responsibilities by recognising and reporting concerns in line with company procedures.
Follow infection prevention and control, health and safety, and moving and handling procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, visiting professionals and loved ones to provide the highest standard of care and support.
Encourage residents to participate in meaningful activities and maintain connections that support their wellbeing and quality of life.
Contribute to a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and team members.
